FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. Our rooms will remain private as always. We will do our best to have only 1 group in the lobby at a time with staggered bookings. Because of this, it is imperative you are not late or don’t arrive too early (10 minutes prior to your booking time is perfect) If we have a group booked after you, we will not be able to give you extra time because we have to disinfect in between groups. We will send you a text if we can accommodate you earlier than your appointment.
2. We will be disinfecting all the high traffic areas/objects in our rooms between groups. If we happen to run a little behind, we ask for your patience because we are trying to create a fun and safe environment for you!
3. Due to local regulations, we ask everyone to wear a mask upon entering.
4. We can provide gloves upon request to all our players.
5. We ask guests to use provided hand sanitizer or wash their hands prior to entering your experience.
6. If anyone in your party is feeling ill, please call us to reschedule your experience for a future date.
7. Please make a reservation online or give us a call to make one. Given the decreased market trends, we may not be at the location at all times.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time for a pre-room briefing and to sign waivers. Your experience will begin at the time you booked. If you might be running late, please call us immediately so we can discuss your options.
We welcome players of all ages! Note that some of the puzzles may be too complex for younger children. We recommend kids ages 12 and up. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a participant of at least 18 years of age. Children must have paid admission if they are not in a carrier or stroller for the duration of the experience.
While the goal is to escape in 60 minutes or less, you will always be able to get out in the event of an emergency or to use the restroom. Just be warned that your countdown clock will keep ticking under any circumstances.
We hope it doesn’t have to come to that and you miss out on the experience. While we don’t issue refunds, you may reschedule your reservation. Please try and give us a call at least 24 hours prior to your reservation time. We’re more than happy to work with you to ensure you have a great experience.

Teamwork, organization, and communication is essential to success! Don’t spend too much time on something you’re struggling with. Ask for help from your team, keep track of any new discoveries and how it can be used in your current situation. Everyone has different strengths and an escape room is where you can come together to put them to good use.
We strongly recommend to reserve your time slot ahead of time online or by calling us to reserve it for you. Payment is required to reserve your experience. If you walk in and we have no one currently in the room or any future bookings it won’t disrupt, we will gladly accommodate you.

Nope! We are happy to announce we offer only private bookings.
For groups of 3 and more, the price is $30 per person. For groups of 2, the price is $40 per person due to our rooms being private.

The maximum we recommend in our room is 8 players to ensure everyone feels included and has a fun experience. However, our maximum occupancy is 10 players for Cryptic Cay and 6 for Escape Your Nightmares and Saving Santa Paws. If you would like to bring an extra person, contact us ahead of time. For larger groups, contact us for private parties or corporate team building events.
The minimum amount of people required for an experience would be 2 people.
Of course! As long as the maximum number of people doesn’t go above the capacity for the room. Since our rooms are private, the booking system won’t allow any additional bookings. Give us a call to book the additional people, or show up a little earlier to get them checked in and paid for.
We only have one scary room: Escape Your Nightmares. We don’t recommend young children, those who are pregnant, have heart conditions, epilepsy or any other condition that may be triggered by being scared in this room. Other than that room, the rest of the experiences are not scary and are family friendly. Please note if you are too scared to continue during your experience, your tickets will not be refunded and you will not be able to switch to another room.

We are in a small shopping center with Tropics Sports Cafe. We are right next to the laundromat.
That won’t be an issue at all! Our rooms are large and the doors are always unlocked. You are free to leave the room at any time.
Since our rooms are private, follow these instructions to do so:
For groups of 2: Have 1 person book the experience. You can call or email us to send you a link for the other person to book, or they can pay upon arrival.
Groups of 3 or more: Please call or email us for a special promo code to drop the price down to the $31 (plus tax). We can send you a link for everyone else to pay, or they can pay upon arrival.
Please note: There is an additional $1 charge per person for those who want to pay separately. If part of your party is going to pay upon arrival, it’s important to arrive 15 minutes before your booking time to finish processing all payments, along with waivers and your pre-game briefing. If you book with the promo code for a group of 3 or more and only 2 players come in, you will be responsible for the remaining balance for the cost of 2 players.
